• How has your resilience in dancing helped you move into the real estate arena?
  • He found people who were good at real estate and then he got the answers he needed to get to the next step.

  • There’s absolute freedom that comes with commitment.
  • You have to have a clearly defined dream or goal and a burning desire for its achievement.
• When you first started, how much money did you spend on getting educated and networking?
  • He did a $50,000 program that he had to sell a lot of things to purchase.
  • He’s probably spent multiple six figures trying to learn from people who are doing it and educating themselves.
  • The best way to get information is to pay for it because when you pay, you pay attention.
• How have masterminds directly affected your success?
  • They’ve shaved off close to 15-20 years of learning curve.
  • You can make a difference in others lives by learning from the people who are already doing it.
• Do you believe that what you know or who you know is more important, and why?
  • It’s not what you know or who you know, it’s what you know with who you know.

  • By being silent when he walks into a room and observing what’s going on.
