- He went through audition processes and he would go around and find choreographers.
- He then started to book commercials, live shows, etc.
- Landed Gwen Stefani’s 2005 Harajuku lovers tour one year after moving to L.A.
- How has your resilience in dancing helped you move into the real estate arena?
- He found people who were good at real estate and then he got the answers he needed to get to the next step.
- He then learned the vocabulary and how the transactions worked.
- There’s absolute freedom that comes with commitment.
- You have to have a clearly defined dream or goal and a burning desire for its achievement.
- When you first started, how much money did you spend on getting educated and networking?
- He did a $50,000 program that he had to sell a lot of things to purchase.
- He’s probably spent multiple six figures trying to learn from people who are doing it and educating themselves.
- The best way to get information is to pay for it because when you pay, you pay attention.
- How have masterminds directly affected your success?
- They’ve shaved off close to 15-20 years of learning curve.
- You can make a difference in others lives by learning from the people who are already doing it.

- It’s not what you know or who you know, it’s what you know with who you know.

- By being silent when he walks into a room and observing what’s going on.
